The Goark is made by collecting the first urine from only healthy cows- at 3 am everyday- boiling it in an earthern pot and condensing it. This is a very slow process and takes a lot of effort and labour from our side- collecting at 3 am, boiling for 9 hrs, bottling etc. In a day of about 9 hrs, only about 2 litres can be made.
